The properties in Larchmont are always in demand with multiple bids being the norm. Buyers should always prepare for that scenario, and be prepared to bid at list price, or over, and to be creative in their bidding. Homes were selling for $466.16 per square foot which would mean 20 Bonnie Way at 2480 square feet X $466.16 = $1,156,076 … so $999,000 (with multiple bidding) was all good..
