I work with wonderful agents. Everyone is busy, and we are all working hard to help our collective clients and customers. We work together as a team. As a team, we are successful. My manager, Carolyn Fugere, is an extremely hardworking Manager, who strives for the very best and is constantly volunteering her services for one charity or another. As the President of the Larchmont Chamber of Commerce, she is constantly planning events for the local businesses/ shop/store owners, and it is hard work! Together, in between helping us all on a daily basis with her sage advice, recruiting new associates, and always training and teaching us all, there comes a time when we must all relax and appreciate each other as people.
My associates are all great, and I will pop into the office to discover some home made goodies, be they cakes, cookies, candies and snacks. Yesterday, I felt it was my turn!
I offered lunch, and I would like to think we all had some fun! I made it very easy on myself, and brought in a delicious chick pea salad from a Turkish Restaurant in White Plains (located at 116 Mamaroneck Ave Westchester County NY, 10601(914) 683-6111) . The restaurant is always popular, the salads are all great, and if I am showing homes n the area, I make it a point to pop in and take home their delicious treats. I particularly like their chick pea salad, Jerusalem Salad, and the white bean salad, all great with grilled fish or chicken.
I made a regular home made salad (with the onions on the side for those fussy eaters), a Babaganoush dip to accompany baby peppers and flat bread, and grilled chicken. Everyone loved the grilled chicken! I bought it from “Chickens Gone Wild” located at 211 Main Street, New Rochelle (914-235-4010). Always moist and tasty and I did not have to cook! I think that restaurant will now have many more new customers!
I made an easy Raspberry Mousse for dessert (laced with a splash of rum -all good!). We also had some spritzers!
