In 1911, Clifford B. Harmon (a real estate developer) began development on a 145 acre property along the Sheldrake River that included Mott’s Hickory Grove area. He called it Larchmont Gardens . The Larchmont Gardens Lake was subsequently built and is now known as the “Duck Pond.”
There are many charming homes located in the area… one such home is 34 Myrtle Boulevard, Larchmont 10538.
Larchmont is GREAT!
