Years ago, every listing would be entered into a ‘book’ as it was before the world of the internet, and instantaneous searches. Full descriptions were required to better market and sell a home so hence the color of a home was required.. However, now that we have the internet, and agents use color photography (we would all hope), one of our new changes is no longer (as of 3/17/2014) the colors of a home will be listed… SO, look at those photos, and enjoy..
