Appropriately named, the Great Britain U-23 Baseball Team arrived in Boston last night to take on New England in a series of 6 Exhibition Games.
It will definitely be a whirlwind of activity between driving back and forth each day, struggling with jet lag, the unaccustomed heat, and also staying in un-air-conditioned dorm rooms at Williams College for 4 nights… but – hey they are British – if we won lost the Revolution, they will still give their British best! My youngest son, Brett is playing on the team.. so very excited for him … and I will be sitting by the live play narration tonight at 5 p.m. on my computer!
