Some of the streets offer private beaches, and there is also Flagler Drive, an exclusive peninsula with multi-million dollar homes, a private beach and 24 hour security guard. It is no surprise to see that homes sell very quickly in this area with what it has to offer! There is also an Orienta Point Neighborhood Association!
