As a Certified Residential Specialist I truly care for my clients. Only one third of all Realtors become Certified Residential Specialists, and it is a designation I am proud of.
A cleaning service was at a new listing the other day, and I thought I would also help by sweeping the rooms beforehand. In my sweeping (!!!), I saw something glitter on the floor. It happened to be a gold pendant. I was so thrilled that I had undertaken that chore, and it was I who had found the piece of jewelry. It could have been easily thrown out, but now the owner will be able to enjoy it once again!
