New Rochelle is a city – for sure. Approximately 79000 people. However, we are also a community. As I drove around the streets in my neighborhood, it brightened my day to see the signs saluting our graduating students be they in middle school, high school, private school or college, our health care workers and YES -saluting our city. Come and visit – you will LOVE it!
