It is always great to purchase fresh produce. Today might be July 3rd, but there were lots of people visiting the local Farmer’s Market on Broadview Avenue, New Rochelle. We are eagerly awaiting some rain so hence the dried grass… Expecting rain alter today so all good!
There was some wonderful items available, from pickles (I bought ‘new’ pickles which are delicious – a little like half-sour but packed with more flavor I think), fresh vegetables, fruit, quiches, a local brewery featuring Bourbon and whiskey, fresh fish, gourmet oils for dipping and cooking, fresh bread (always delicious). Something for everyone!
New Rochelle is GREAT!
