The more we get to know people, the more we like and admire them! Such was the case with regards to Sonya Cronin and Carey Federspiel, fellow Real estate agents within my great Larchmont office!
Sonya is half Ukrainian and still has family living in the Western part of the country. Her mom’s family had fled the country in World War 11, and in wanting to help the people of Ukraine, Sonya and Carey, and their children organized a bake sale on March 6th to raise money for the Ukrainian refugees.
As you can see from the photos, so many baked goods were donated and approximately $7500 was raised from this worthwhile great event. It was held at the St. Augustine’s Church on the corner of Cherry & Larchmont Avenues, and while it rained it didn’t hinder the event.
Sonya also listed three charities below as another way to make a donation! As Sonya wrote, every dollar counts!
