To celebrate the sale of their home, I took clients and friends to Lusardi’s in Larchmont. They were leaving the area, and it was on their ‘bucket list’ one more time before they left. 
They ordered an appetizer which was a long time favorite of theirs, and it sounded unusual..” Fegatini al Balsamico” which were Chicken livers sauteed with balsamic vinegar, mushrooms and caramelized onions in a Parmigiano basket and small salad…When the dish arrived, however, it looked so good , I HAD to order the same also.. So, delicious..
SO, this past Friday, and after a very hectic week, I decided to pop in and treat myself to this delectable dish. So good... and then being the cheeky person I am, called my friends to tell them that the dish was still just as good! With friends like me….
