I popped in for some gluten free chocolate for a client to cheer her up, and both she and I were very pleased with their selection. As a Realtor, I am always running from one appointment to another, and time management is always a very large part of my day – every day! I try to be inventive wherever I go, and take advantage of my surroundings. Meaning, if I am showing a home in Yonkers near McLean Avenue, I might pick up some meats from the Butcher’s Fancy, a great Irish butcher’s shops, or, as was the case yesterday, I found myself in Mount Vernon shopping at Target and Bed, Bath & Beyond for staging items for new listing.

It just so happens, that in the next strip mall, there is a great Jerk Chicken store – Poppy’s Deli located at 420 East Sandford Boulevard, Mount Vernon  914-699-0204.DSC05741
