While we have had a mild winter, it finally caught up with us! I thought I would be getting a day off yesterday and catch up on paperwork and all good things.. but the snowstorm wasn’t too much of anything! No appointments were canceled – even had a return trip to a house with mom and dad later in the day.
I had made a big pot of chile the night before (with shaved chocolate.. it is delish).. and at least took some to a friend from the office who was down… not sure if that would pick up her spirits but the thought was there and the beer I took to accompany it!
Westchester only had a few inches yesterday, always accidents from silly drivers… but now it is just back to being cold!
