We all have our favorite charities . No matter which, it always feels so great to share, give, donate and the feeling of having helped (as you all know) is simply wonderful. The best gift we can give (I feel) is just in the giving! That is our reward!

 As the holiday season is fast approaching I would like to ask for your support for the 6th Annual “Christmas at the Pound” Donation Drive to support the Mount Vernon Animal Shelter. Unfortunately, most of the Dogs and Cats at the shelter will not have a home for Christmas. They will have no special treats from the dining table, no wrapping paper to play in or family to love them. Instead, they will continue to wait for someone to come. Help me in supporting these wonderful animals this holiday season by donating supplies on their wish list below. I have volunteered at the Mt.
