Mayor Bloomberg ordered a new study on storms and heat waves citing “a grim scenario of more heat waves, more rain and wind and more coastal flooding that will affect increasing numbers of people. A panel of climate change experts compiled the study.”
My thoughts turned to “Four Chimneys” when I read this article. Located overlooking a lake, there are no tidal surges, and the storms are never as harsh on the lake as found on the waterfront. What is “Four Chimneys?” A beautiful home, approximately 8966 square feet and featuring 7 bedrooms, and 5 .2 baths.

Sheldrake Lake was once a Reservoir, and the water level is actually lowered during the winter months also! A sublime, serene and tranquil place in which to live.
New Rochelle is GREAT!
