New Rochelle has a great free electric powered shuttle bus called CircuitNR (the app can be accessed by downloading “Ride Circuit” AND JUST SIGNING UP! There are currently 3 shuttle buses, and you can pop onto the shuttle bus where you see it (just flag it down), and it will take you anywhere in the coverage area as shown on the map. The app will let you know where the bus is.
When you download the app, you will be able to see where the shuttle bus is, where you can meet up with it, and it is just so easy! Going out to dinner and wish to imbibe? Then take the bus!
It runs from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 7 am to 10 p.m. on Friday , 12 – 10 p.m. on Saturdays and 12- 7 p.m. on Sundays. The shuttle bus service started in August and will run for 6 months on a trial period to see if it is utilized and successful .
