As a Top Realtor, I am here to assist you!

I always work hard, I try to assist anyone/everyone who calls me.. Last year, I met with a complete stranger in my office, and helped him reduce his property taxes by over $6000!  While I am no longer helping people grieve their property taxes, I am here to answer everyone’s real estate questions!

I received a nice note from Mr. Paul Breunich, the  President and Chief Operating Officer of our Corporate office, congratulating me on being in the top 5% of all agents, company wide! Oh my!  I am working hard to do even better this year!

Ranked Top 1.3% 2016 out of all HGAR Realtors (over 10,300). I love to help people realize their real estate dreams!

Westchester is GREAT!

Mayor Bramson’s State of the City Speech 2017

March 8th marked Mayor Bramsons’s   2017 State of the City Speech.   State-of-the-City-2017-Final (1)

Here are a few quotes from the Mayor:

“As we meet tonight, New Rochelle’s neighborhoods are among the safest in America, with fire and emergency services that are second to none, and with our lowest crime rate in 56 years. New Rochelle’s fiscal position has never been stronger, with Moody’s best bond rating in more than 80 years. And our businesses are thriving once more, with their highest sales volume ever in 2016, and on track to break that record all over again in 2017.”

“For those who want to enjoy the outdoors, there’s a new playground at Feeney Park, an expanded community garden at Lincoln Park, a new sundeck at Hudson Park, and a brand new park altogether on Burling Lane.”

“If the national economy holds, then in just two or three years, you will be astounded by the changes, with more than a dozen projects moving forward. • North Avenue can look forward to a complete transformation, extending from the Iona campus down to the edge of the train station. • At the Burling triangle, east of the hospital, up to seven new buildings will form a brand new transit district, lined by a park. • Along the Huguenot corridor, new millennial housing will take shape to the east near Harrison and Cedar Streets and to the west just past Centre. • On Lecount, one project from Wilder Balter and another from Cappelli will re-shape the critical blocks between New Roc and North, already enhanced by the renovation of 5 Anderson. • While on Main Street, the first project from RXR has broken ground, with performance space and retail at the ground level, rising into a proud and attractive tower of homes.

Most of these developments are fully approved and ready to roll.”

“So when we say New Rochelle is Ideally Yours, we mean it. And we want prospective businesses, investors, and residents to join us, to come along for the ride, to be part of our story. That’s why, just two weeks ago, we launched our new website ideallynewrochelle.com, with companion videos that you can see outside and written materials you can pick up on your way out. All saying loud and proud why New Rochelle is the ideal place to live, work, and grow.”

New Rochelle Turkey Trot – 2016 Inaugural Race!

The New Rochelle Turkey Trot.

Oh my! What a GREAT name for a race!  I had noticed the signs in my travels last year, but this was one race I did not have occasion to observe. I heard from area residents that it was a wonderful success, there will be another race this year, and the residents are hoping to make it an annual event. Why not!  There was even a “Tot Trot!”.  I also noticed on the site a ‘couch to 5 K ‘ training program.. Another reason to simply LOVE New Rochelle. We are a community, we care, we are great!  The residents are also noticing that more and more people are running through the streets of Rochelle Heights after the race.  They, too, have discovered another great area of New Rochelle.

New Rochelle is GREAT!

New Rochelle Library – Black History Month – our wonderful Notable Past Residents

Having lived in New Rochelle for over 38 years, I have long appreciated our great city, our wonderful schools, and our library. As an avid reader, I enjoy visiting the library to obtain my late night reading choices (mostly espionage!), and I always admire the impressive exhibitions.  February, being Black History Month, was the perfect opportunity to cite some of our many famous, notable Black residents…
